This is my black and white project. For the project I have to chose three questions to answer about my project. The first question I chose was "How did you use your own unique ideas in your work?" The answer to this is my having many pictures to reflect off of. This helps becuse you can take things from different picture sandpit them all into one. The second question is "did you learn new techniques or processes as part of the work for this project?" My answer is yes, I learned a new way to cut with the exacto knife, and I've got better at tracing with the tracing paper. My third and final question is "did you try something you weren't sure about as part of this project?" My answer is with the stars. I added them to add some detail, but I didn't think that they would have looked good. But I was wrong. I had a lot of fun with this project and I hope to do something like this in the future.
This is my skeleton drawing. What we did to get our final product is find a cartoon character, trace it, then make the skeleton and color the cartoon character. I did Bart Simpson as my character. The reason why I chose him was because I thought he would be a cool character to make a skeleton out of, since his head isn't the normal shape of a person. I thought this project was fun because it didn't take that long to make, and it also was our choice for the character. This is my value chart. The value chart shows what type of darkness you should use when your shading. This helped me out because it lets me know how dark or how light I should shade something. It also helps me learn that the darker and neater the shading is, the picture will look better as well. |
